FullySchooled

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of FullySchooled. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who may use FullySchooled

FullySchooled is a tool for parents and legal guardians who are homeschooling their children. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the legal guardian of the children whose information you add to the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others — instead, use the adult access system to invite co-teachers and viewers. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fullyschooled.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and billing

FullySchooled offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices are as displayed on our pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are provided for unused time except where required by law. Standalone assessment purchases are non-refundable after the assessment has been generated.

4. Children's data and COPPA compliance

You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to add children's information to the platform and that you are those children's legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of child information you provide. FullySchooled's collection and use of children's data is governed by our Privacy Policy and COPPA Notice.

5. AI-generated content

FullySchooled uses artificial intelligence to generate curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for educational guidance purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional educational assessment, special education services, or licensed tutoring. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use with your child and for overriding any recommendations that don't fit your child's needs.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use FullySchooled to harass, abuse, or harm others; to distribute malware or engage in phishing; to scrape or collect data from the platform; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; or for any illegal purpose. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual property

FullySchooled and its content, features, and functionality are owned by FullySchooled and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the platform (notes, custom lesson adjustments, uploaded materials).

8. Limitation of liability

FullySchooled is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullySchooled is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email and by displaying a notice in the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
