We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, password), child profiles (name, age, learning preferences), curriculum and schedule preferences, assessment responses and progress data, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store payment card details).
We automatically collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and device information for platform improvement.
FullySchooled is a platform for parents and guardians. Children under 13 do not create accounts or directly interact with our platform. All child data is collected and managed through the parent's account with explicit verifiable parental consent.
Child data collected includes: educational assessments, lesson progress, learning style indicators, and milestone achievements. This data is used exclusively to provide the FullySchooled service and is never sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for any purpose beyond your child's education.
Parents may request deletion of all child data at any time by visiting fullyschooled.com/legal/data-deletion.
With your explicit consent, FullySchooled may record your child's voice during assessment sessions. Audio recordings are processed to generate assessment results and are not stored long-term. We do not use audio recordings to train AI models without a separate, explicit consent. You may revoke audio consent at any time in Settings.
FullySchooled uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate assessments, curriculum, lesson plans, and personalized recommendations. Your educational data is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their data handling. We do not permit Anthropic to use your data for model training without your explicit consent.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase for database, Anthropic for AI, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS), and when required by law.
You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, export your data, and withdraw consent for any optional data processing. Contact us at privacy@fullyschooled.com or use the data deletion request form.
