FullySchooled complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506.

Our commitment

FullySchooled is a tool for parent-teachers. Children do not create accounts, do not log in, and do not interact directly with our platform. All child information is collected and managed through the parent or guardian's account with explicit verifiable parental consent.

What we collect about children

With verifiable parental consent, we collect: child's first name, age, learning style preferences, assessment responses and results, lesson completion records, progress and mastery data, and voice recordings during oral assessments (with separate audio consent).

How we use children's information

We use this information exclusively to: generate personalized curriculum and lesson plans, track educational progress, provide assessment placement reports, and improve the educational experience for your specific child. We do not use children's information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose unrelated to education.

Parental rights

As the parent or guardian, you have the right to: review all information we have collected about your child, correct inaccurate information, refuse further collection or use of your child's information, and request deletion of all your child's information. To exercise these rights, visit our data deletion page or contact coppa@fullyschooled.com.

Data retention

We retain child educational data for the duration of your active account. When you delete your account or request data deletion, all child data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Audio recordings are deleted immediately after assessment processing.
